1.1. Client Consultation & Requirement Gathering

Understand client needs (budget, design style, rooms, facilities). Site visit and feasibility check.

1.2. Plot Verification & Approvals

Legal verification of land documents. Check zonal regulations, FSI (Floor Space Index), setbacks, etc.

1.3. Architectural Planning

Concept design & space planning. 2D floor plans and 3D elevation. Structural, electrical, and

plumbing designs.

1.4. Estimation & Agreement

BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimation. Finalize contract/agreement with timelines, cost, and

deliverables.

1.5. Government Approvals

Apply for building plan approval (CMDA, DTCP, or Panchayat as applicable). Obtain permits for

construction, water, electricity, etc.
